At SPANK INDUSTRIES, we stand by the performance and quality of our components; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return unused items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all products remain in their original packaging and have not been mounted or installed on a bicycle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Components

  Securely pack the unused items in their original retail packaging and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Send your package via a tracked shipping service to our designated regional service center to ensure safe delivery and processing.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the items are in new condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement components within 5-7 business days.
